It Is Way Better To Sleep Outside Than Inside

"The homeless figured it all out then"

In this post I will bring up the temperature differences aspect for day and night and how it's beneficial for the body, and I will contrast it with the downsides of being in room temperature all day.

    Introduction

    1000026042.jpg

    • Being outside in nature is always very beneficial for the body. It will give the nutrients from the sun, also the quiet that lowers stress and you have the overall less toxins in the environment.

    • The natural human was always in outside temperature the whole day. 99% of the time humans existed, we were experiencing the constant temperature swings because we humans slept in outside temperature too. Only very very recently did we normalize being in room temperature all day.

    • The body that sleeps outside will experience greater benefits over the body that sleeps in room temperature and I will explain.

    The Benefits Of Temperature Swings

    1000026045.jpg

    • The temperature swings will basically train the body, which will make the body stronger and more resistant.

    • The heat of the day makes the body regenerate better, just like the body will do during a fever. The heat will move stored toxins out of the body better through the skin and lymph.

    • The mild cold of the night makes the body burn fuel cleanly. It will also stimulate circulation better.

    • What is important, is that this has to be paired with a good diet. The temperature swings will not strengthen the body if you eat the worst of the worst foods. You need the raw fats to let the body burn fuel efficiently during mild cold temperatures.

The overall benefits of natural temperature variation:
    • Forces continuous thermoregulation
    • Keeps circulation very active
    • More active lymphatic flow
    • Improves cellular repair
    • Keeps metabolic rate responsive

The Downsides Of Room Temperature All Day

    1000026057.jpg

    • Room temperature will do the opposite ofcourse, it will not give the benefits that outside temperature swings have for the body.

    • The body doesn't force thermoregulation with constant mild temperatures. These systems will definitely not work efficient enough to give the body any benefits.

    • The blood and lymph flow will stagnate more easily.

    • The body will lose the ability to sweat or generate heat efficiently when it is needed.

    • You will become dependent on artificial climate control, and more reactive on any real temperature change.

    • Constant mild temperatures will make the body store toxic fats and residues. The body will be less capable of the natural detoxification process.

    For Short:

Nature has never offered us steady room temperature. We evolved under natural temperature regulation and that strengthened the human body. Removing these temperature swings is a modern softening that made us weak and reduced our vitality.

"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

          @Liverlover

I think I have slept in tents a lot yes, but now I have open windows all day when sleeping inside. Might sleep outside when I live on my own to train my body better. My goal ofcourse is to live in a natural environment, like what we have with forest rangers for example.

@Hunterskull Yeah. Just slept in a tent for a week on vacation in france. My circadian rythm def got super good bc of the light. The issue is where I live there's so much light pollution. With the windows open at night it doesn't get quite dark enough

Just religious beliefs with no actual science behind it. Either way, you didn't need to write this post when the message is to just sleep outside.

This is the worst post I've read in months. Great job

This isn't high IQ at all. A genuine high IQ human wouldn't write something so ridiculous. You're just trying to grasp at these beliefs hoping to find valuable information. In reality, in our beautiful reality, this is not worth anything.

You could delete this post and everything will still be the same. You could delete your account, everything would still be the same.

Instead of stressing about appealing to these people, why don't you actually live?

This was pretty pathetic from you Hunter, considering you make some decent posts on here. But this, this is a stretch. Really really ridiculous

The downsides of room temperature are definitely real and measurable.
Saying this is a manmade belief is wrong, in fact, it is what nature always intended for us to do, that's why I stated that the natural human always slept in outside temperature.

It's good for the people on this forum to know the benefits and do something with that. That is why I post this.

"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

Thermoregulation, cellular repair, circulation and detox are essential things, we need it, and we need the right conditions to do it. Room temperature has greater downsides than you might think.

What's important is already known, but that's not enough. We need the details. And this problem is bigger than you think.

For example, you need to generate sweat efficiently for detoxification, otherwise your body will store the toxins. With room temperature all day, you store toxins way more and detox way less. And these will cause problems in the body.

"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!
