Bad animal fat

Can animal fat be "bad"? How would bad animal fat look compared to good animal fat and what would the taste be like in comparison to good animal fat.
You have the grassfed animals with the yellow fat, thats what healthy fat is supposed to look like. With very white beef fat, you have the toxins stored in them.
"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

And make sure your animal fats are fresh. If they are frozen and then melt, it will cause oxidization. And make sure those fats are not old.
