@vyvultra I don't wanna say. But my main question was simply does diet have a significant effect on height in puberty. It's not something that personal I just wanted to know

@maasai I've seen some posts about the topic but am not sure. I would guess it's mostly genetic but there are opportunities within the growing phase you can exploit with enough nutrition for non-genetic results

improvable but I think it is very significant if it could be compared to facial development

It's only a matter of time.

I ate like shit throughout most of my development so I'm just curious on how much diet actually effects height in puberty.

I didn't have much meat, barely any fruit and dairy. My meals typically consisted of processed slop like pizza

(this isn't a looksmax question - height is indirectly relevant to health and it's just a question)

@maasai yes it does. Drink 3L raw milk unrefrigerated from the farm every day. Eat the highest quality freshest meat you can eat. Reduce toxicity

After I've been raw for 5 months, I've been told often I look like a 16-18 year old despite me looking 20-21 (my age) previously, idk if that's good

@elliott85 Bro, I'm talking about the quality of your diet not quantity. Because obviously everyone eats food unless your malnourished
