Hey so I just started out with eating raw meat and I just wanted to show the recent meal. Took a bit of searching to find quality meat in my area. I’m eating ground beef, beef liver, raw unheated honey, and some watermelon. Tasted great all from local farms. Planning on trying some beef cuts. Looking forward to trying new meats. Open to suggestions.

A tip I never hear mentioned is confirming the cow is grass fed and grass finished (+ non-gmo, no vaccines, truly pasture raised, etc). If even one of those are missing it's not healthy beef.

@Kasen so primal meal. how do you like liver? I'm assuming you only eat a portion of beef at a time – how do you store what's left over? Just wrap it up and back in the fridge?
