Took a bit of searching to find quality meat in my area. I’m eating ground beef, beef liver, raw unheated honey, and some watermelon. Tasted great all from local farms. Planning on trying some beef cuts. Looking forward to trying new meats. Open to suggestions.</p>

If even one of those are missing it's not healthy beef.</p>
