Cold plunges are 1,000,000x better than this shit, they can actually be enjoyable and make you feel better. I will get into points for why I think this is horrible.

I go in for 30 minutes and its fucking excruciating I only had the water at 103-104.5 the whole time but it was genuinely horrible. I came out with genuinely dark undereyes.

My heart is pounding and I'm hydrating by sipping raw milk like I saw online (and had some unheated honey here and there in the first 10 mins of the bath). This shit genuinely made my cortisol so high it was ridiculous and it wasnt even like I was freaking out I was being as calm as I could just chilling in the bath not thinking anything like "oh my god oh my god this is horrible" but it was still so bad.

    1. Logically, lets say you're in nature and don't know how to swim and get stuck in a 105ºf hot spring. Your body's first thought isn't gonna fucking be "oh yeah lets detox ourselves," it's gonna be "oh my god im getting heated to death im gonna die how do i survive," so it's kind of a ridiculous premise and no animal in nature would voluntarily do this to themselves.
    2. I read aajonus says you need 60-90 minutes for it to actually work because it takes 40-45 minutes to warm up the deeper tissues but I'd assume he's talking about if you're fat like you should be on the diet but I'm 12% bodyfat 150lbs 5'7 so I'm not fat by any means so there's no way it takes 40-45 minutes for me AND aajonus since he's 13% bodyfat more than I am.
    3. I also think the duration is ridiculous. If 30 minutes at 104°F already leaves me feeling like absolute shit, the answer probably isn't "well, you just need to do it for another 30–60 minutes." At some point, you're deliberately extending heat stress.
    4. I put some milk in the bath but I doubt it made a difference nor do I think that adding acv or sea salt would have made it any better.

You need to melt the lymphatic system for good detox. Hot baths are the only things useful for that.

Read my topic about hot baths:

@Hunterskull wait but he has a point though cause maybe aajonus needs 60-90 minutes but if youre lean or small wouldn't you need so much less? Personally im lean and I can barely last 35 minutes

Yeah most likely true. I was throwing up after around 50 minutes in the hot bath. Made a topic about that also😭

Hot baths are an imitation of a natural fever. Imitations of nature don't end well.

                    @IWantClearSkin
you basically did everything wrong you could do + you dont understand the purpose of hot baths (45 minutes) neither of lymphatic baths (90 minutes).

                    1. in nature you most likely wont have the need to even detox and even IF im 100% sure it would be pleasent and it would be beneficial because the water is clean.

Im assuming youre talking about the lymphatic baths
                    2. "it takes 40-45 minutes to warm up the deeper tissues" no it doesnt need to "warm up",
it just gets rid of the lymph waste in the connective tissue.
To reach that deeper lymph level it takes 60 minutes, then the oils to start melting
and then in the remaining 30 minutes you sweat out those melted oils.

First of all the reason you felt shit was because you didnt use the neutralization formula, heres what aajonus experienced when he didnt use the neutralization formula:
                    4f842708-bfb9-4f52-81f0-e3796f2c0175-image.jpeg

                    15e10985-8ef7-48b3-ac40-5d5c0411ff3c-image.jpeg

second of all, you NEED fat to detoxify safely, its a protective layer the bodyfat is not a variable that you can go by and say "thats when i reach this and that level of lymphatic decongestion".

next time inform yourself a little better before coming on here and crying like a sissy

and wtf do cold plunges even have to do with this shit 😂

You're not fat enough to be doing hot baths for that long. Aajonus recommended cold exposure for only 2-3 mins at a time because longer causes brain damage.

@IWantClearSkin "I suggest adding 2-3 cups raw milk, 3 tablespoons raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar, and 2 tablespoons sundried sea salt to the water. Or add ½ cup sundried clay, 2 ounces raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar and 3 tablespoons raw coconut cream. The coconut cream is optional but it is beneficial because it keeps the skin from drying as a result of the clay. Those ingredients in both bath formulas will help pull toxins from the skin and hold them in the water so they are not reabsorbed into the skin during the bath."

                                So just
                                2-3x cups raw milk (180 - 720 ml)
3x tablespoons apple cider vinegar (30-60ml)
                                2x tablespoon sea salt (40-60g)
3x tablespoons raw coconut cream (30-45g) (optional)

the website i used was aajonus.net
this is an AI that only uses infos from aajonus.net, so if you have more questions just ask there, it also gives you the references from aajonus
