Cold plunges are 1,000,000x better than this shit, they can actually be enjoyable and make you feel better. I will get into points for why I think this is horrible.

I go in for 30 minutes and its fucking excruciating I only had the water at 103-104.5 the whole time but it was genuinely horrible. I came out with genuinely dark undereyes.

My heart is pounding and I'm hydrating by sipping raw milk like I saw online (and had some unheated honey here and there in the first 10 mins of the bath). This shit genuinely made my cortisol so high it was ridiculous and it wasnt even like I was freaking out I was being as calm as I could just chilling in the bath not thinking anything like "oh my god oh my god this is horrible" but it was still so bad.

    1. Logically, lets say you're in nature and don't know how to swim and get stuck in a 105ºf hot spring. Your body's first thought isn't gonna fucking be "oh yeah lets detox ourselves," it's gonna be "oh my god im getting heated to death im gonna die how do i survive," so it's kind of a ridiculous premise and no animal in nature would voluntarily do this to themselves.
    2. I read aajonus says you need 60-90 minutes for it to actually work because it takes 40-45 minutes to warm up the deeper tissues but I'd assume he's talking about if you're fat like you should be on the diet but I'm 12% bodyfat 150lbs 5'7 so I'm not fat by any means so there's no way it takes 40-45 minutes for me AND aajonus since he's 13% bodyfat more than I am.
    3. I also think the duration is ridiculous. If 30 minutes at 104°F already leaves me feeling like absolute shit, the answer probably isn't "well, you just need to do it for another 30–60 minutes." At some point, you're deliberately extending heat stress.
    4. I put some milk in the bath but I doubt it made a difference nor do I think that adding acv or sea salt would have made it any better.

@IWantClearSkin you are too skinny you can't stay that long cold plunges are not natural your nature instincts want you out too nice argument youre using againts hot baths . Secondly literally hot baths exist to detoxify seed oils. They are not for natural humans lmao. You even did the bath wrong 😂

You need to melt the lymphatic system for good detox. Hot baths are the only things useful for that.

"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

Hot baths are an imitation of a natural fever. Imitations of nature don't end well.

you basically did everything wrong you could do + you dont understand the purpose of hot baths (45 minutes) neither of lymphatic baths (90 minutes).

                                1. in nature you most likely wont have the need to even detox and even IF im 100% sure it would be pleasent and it would be beneficial because the water is clean.

Im assuming youre talking about the lymphatic baths
                                2. "it takes 40-45 minutes to warm up the deeper tissues" no it doesnt need to "warm up",
it just gets rid of the lymph waste in the connective tissue.
To reach that deeper lymph level it takes 60 minutes, then the oils to start melting
and then in the remaining 30 minutes you sweat out those melted oils.

First of all the reason you felt shit was because you didnt use the neutralization formula, heres what aajonus experienced when he didnt use the neutralization formula:

second of all, you NEED fat to detoxify safely, its a protective layer the bodyfat is not a variable that you can go by and say "thats when i reach this and that level of lymphatic decongestion".

next time inform yourself a little better before coming on here and crying like a sissy

and wtf do cold plunges even have to do with this shit 😂

                                never ldar

"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

You're not fat enough to be doing hot baths for that long. Aajonus recommended cold exposure for only 2-3 mins at a time because longer causes brain damage.

Hot baths are an imitation of a natural fever. Imitations of nature don't end well.
