i mean problem with pufas is how they oxidize under heat but thats not a problem here, i also think you absorb less linoelic acid from pork/chicken fat when eating it raw

@legendarykennen Fine, but there are still pufas in the raw version. even though it is not oxidized under heat, i still would have expected him to take that into consieration.

Title. He would say in lectures that he would eat over 24 whole eggs a day for years and sometimes up to 50. That's ALOT of Pufa.
@Arrendajo
Heated PUFAs become radicals and carcinogens which was his biggest concern.The saturated Fats from raw foods are meant to displace the PUFAs from years of consumption of heated Seed Oils that have been stored in the Body.
He never cared about eating too much PUFA because the eggs were in its raw form meaning it wouldnt damage his Body.
In the other hand Aajonus demonised Seed Oils as highly toxic because it acts as a "biological soap" which doesnt deliver any deep lubrication, protection or fuel which causes your hair, skin and your bodys tissues to dry out.
He had also mentioned that the byproduct of the body processing these oils is "almost identical to turpentine" and is toxic enough to cause low-grade nausea or even depression.
Seed Oils:
cause excess estrogen and prolactin.
crystallize in the body leading to
hardening of arteries and the heart
contribute to Alzheimers and prostatitis
jam the lymphatic systemComparison of eggs and sunflower Oil:
1l Raw Eggs (16-20 eggs): ~20g PUFAs
1l regular Sunflower Oil: 600g+ PUFAs
