yes workout but do weighted calisthenics mainly (nordic hamstring curls, pistol squats, sprints, pullups, pushups, dips) in the 4-6 rep range for 1-2 sets/exercise, 2-4 sets/muscle/session. Train full body 2-3x/week never two days in a row. Training more times per week = less sets/muscle/session. Rest 3 minutes or until rested between sets.

i don't workout and you shouldn't either (unless you have stress/activity rings in your iris)
If we cant change your mind then atleast do calisthenics with natural movements, no sitting bs

For me it's definitely not optimal to sit on my ass all day. Do some movement that you enjoy doing and you'll definitely be happier and healthier. Walking, swimming, climbing, gymnastics, whatever it is, it will make you feel way better. you need to move for your lymphatic system to drain properly because it doesn't have a central pump like your circulatory system does.
