    my brother has his creatine from last year and it has ALOT, i already gymcel on the diet training every 2 days, aajonus does not recommend anything more than a cup of water a day and obviously on creatine u need to drink alot of water, so how would go for it if i wanna take it? drink the 4 liters? replace it with milk? or just stick to the 1 cup a day max?

      @Shaps
      Creatine powders are unnecessary

      On a proper primal diet (raw meat, fish, eggs, milk etc.) you already get creatine in its natural form.
      Your body also makes some from arginine, glycine, and methionine when those are available from real food.

      "Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

          If its only red meat, then 450 grams minimum. But a bit less, because you get it also from other foods.
