If its only red meat, then 450 grams minimum. But a bit less, because you get it also from other foods.</p>

<strong>Creatine powders are unnecessary</strong></p>
<p dir="auto">On a proper primal diet (raw meat, fish, eggs, milk etc.) you already get creatine in its natural form.<br />
Your body also makes some from arginine, glycine, and methionine when those are available from real food.</p>
