Yo i been getting those twitches and cramps from long ago, even before i started the diet, even before i got tired of eating like a normie and did cooked salt water carnivore, then switched to primal and they are still, fucking annoying, i also had gastritis, it healed a lot but it doesnt go away completely, like i feel that fake ass hunger or fire in my stomach, what can it be? i nowadays eat like 20-50g of carbs (fruits), like a 500-800 g of meat and a lot of raw butter, cant get raw milk tho, i do drink lube formula and sometimes like 3-8 eggs a day, btw the twiches are mostly in legs/backs and the cramps appear always in my calves when i wake up

@SimonTheNigger o Arch your foot or hand backward while gently rubbing your leg or arm. There are a variety of deficiencies that cause cramps, but usually cramps occur when there are high concentrations of uric acid in the muscle accompanied with low blood fat or sugar or mineral levels. Eating concentrated carbohydrate foods without fat can cause cramps in hand, legs and feet. Eating a combination of fresh raw unripe fruit (especially banana or pineapple or melon or tomato), raw fat, unheated honey and no-salt- added raw cheese quickly alleviates cramps. Or drinking 6-8 ounces of raw milk blended with 2 ounces bee pollen, or fresh raw juice blended with 2 ounces bee pollen or good mineral water blended with 3 table- spoons grated fresh raw ginger root quickly alleviates cramps. . Simply drinking 1⁄2-1 cup raw cream eases a cramp.

Aajonus usually recommended eating more fats if you have these twitches. And it's true. Being on a high fat primal diet will eventually fix those twitches. High fat helps with blood and muscle twitches. You most likely have high uric acid in the muscle. The fat will neutralize the effect it has on your muscles.

"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

Yeah that's good. It will probably fix the twitches soon. Otherwise, it might be an unknown cause I dont know of, but that a 0.1% chance. Just keep on eating those 300-500g raw fats.
