ive made raw cheese like only one other time (i usually buy it) ,but it was milk from another source from a different animal so im not really sure how much milk i should ferment.
i want roughly 400-500g of raw cheese, does anyone know what is a good amount of milk?

@yyk117 basically for every liter of milk you get 100g of cheese. But I always remove the cream before I make cheese.
@zygomidus thanks
