  • How raw liver fixed my life

    This will be quite long post.

    When i was child i was of course eating what my parents gave me. The problem was that she only fed me non-animal foods mostly. For example when she made spaghetti bolognese, she only put very little meat in there and mostly beans and sauce because she was poor. so 10% cooked ground beef and 90% pasta, sauce and beans. You can quickly understand this doesn't lead to optimal nutrition. I developed permanent eye bags at the age of 10 because of bad nutrition. I was small and weak. But then at age 14 when my puberty started I found out about the average gym nutrition and my parents could afford standard animal based nutrition that many gym goers ate. That helped much and I developed in few years nicely to even the average height. Okay but at that age I started to have developed problems like anxiety, allergies, pain and bad health indicators overall and bad health as normal cooked animal based nutrition and the stress of gym was damaging my body. I went with that same diet for 3 years as I did think it was the best (cooked meat, pasteurized non-fatty dairy, fruits, grains, seeds). One thing I knew even then that vegetables are bullshit. Then I still had those health problems at 3 years later, but I stopped going to gym so chronic pain I had did go away.

    Then I still tried to research hard what could help with my health and I found out about Paul Saladino, he recommended mostly cooked meat and also (small slices of raw frozen liver). I took his advice 2 years ago and bought my first big piece of raw beef liver. I sliced them to small pieces and froze. I only ate like 30 grams at a time, i also cooked them. I have to say that it tasted disgusting, that small amount didn't give me any benefits and probably also the freezing damaged the nutrients also. But then as i was constantly researching how to become as healthy as possible I found out about Solvessel he and his telegram group recommended to eat big pieces of fresh raw liver, not cooked, not frozen. I took the advice and that changed everything. After the day I first time ate like 300g of raw beef liver and started doing it consistently every week. I haven't had any health problems, all of my anxiety was gone (struggling it with 4 years) and allergies (struggling with 3 years), It was like dream has come true. I was before struggling with so bad allergies in summer I couldn't do anything in summer because i felt so sick like truck has crashed on me. And now after this raw primal diet (especially raw liver), I have not single sneeze in whole summer, not any allergy, I can enjoy summer and do anything I want. (It cured everything in just 2-3 months for me, i felt great also the first time I ate big piece of raw beef liver, big euphoria, music sounded extremely good right after eating it). Also I feel now happier than ever truly, I have been enjoying being with people, on nature, anything I want because I have so much energy and happiness for everything. Thank you for reading this and I will never stop eating raw liver, its the most nutritious food in this world. Cooking kills much of its nutritious value.

    I am in public transport, a train. No one is happy here. I see no one smiling, no one laughing.

    I am the only one laughing to stuff my imagination creates or I see on the internet. I also smirk or smile a lot myself to stuff I see and I find a lot of things funny.

    Naturally most people should laugh aloud at least once per hour. Minimum. Like how boring stuff are you doing or how boring your mind is that you dont find anything funny.

    Of course it's the biochemistry which is fucked up for these people.

    Laughing alone means you actually found something funny as you dont laugh with other people to make the social connnection better. Most peoples brains are just fucked up and they can't.

    They simply dont have the extra neurotransmitters to find anything funny and express it.

    I recommend trying different livers from different farms. I travelled to another city and this tasted little bit different than the one I eat usually. Probably different concentration of nutrients.

    garlic and onions are highly toxic, this advice can be deadly, especially considering small amounts can poison too.

    onions or garlics act as antibiotics, they are anti-life, they are worse than antibiotics almost because they can cause holes in gut.

    This is one of the drafts I made that could be somewhat good food pyramid. these are not strict. only the 2 portions bracket is somewhat strict that you shouldnt eat crazy amounts of those, you can but they are very powerful. also very small amounts bracket is strict, those are very powerful foods.

    Follow your body's signals and adjust.

    Quality is critical: All foods must be 100% raw, unheated, from healthy pasture-raised or wild animals, free of antibiotics, hormones, and industrial toxins.

    6 portions or more:

    • raw cheese
    • raw eggs
    • raw milk
    • raw meat
    • raw animal blood (cow)

    5 portions:

    • raw chicken
    • raw salmon
    • raw butter

    3 portions

    • raw beef liver
    • raw beef heart

    2 portions:

    • raw cow brain
    • highly fermented raw milk

    Very small amounts (1-3 tbsp or less, STRICT )

    • Fermented raw meat
    • Fermented raw organs (beef liver, heart)

    Literally its milk with some beneficial bacteria. Literally common biochemistry agrees these Lactic acid bacteria are beneficial like wtf is wrong with people.

    Does mainstream science think every single modern human is so immunocompromised and they would die from normal milk. we are done as a society.

    I guess next people are going to fear raw breastmilk lmao. Literally it has bacteria similar to cows raw milk.

    I bet people will start pasteurizing the breastmilk soon. Oh it's actually done if breastmilk is donated to hospitals and many mothers do it for their children also, crazy.

    People eat rotten organs (which I dont support really) without problems so raw milk is nothing compared to it.


  • Easy 5-Minute Beef Tartare Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 200 g ground beef
    • 10 g raw aged cheese
    • 1 raw egg yolk
    • 1-2 pickles

    Take the pickles and cut them into small pieces.

    Mix the ground beef and pickles together.

    Try to make a small hole in the center for the egg yolk.

    Separate the egg yolk from the egg by putting it into a small dish and using a spoon to lift it. Then place it on top of the beef mixture.

    To eliminate minor acne i really recommend just raw beef liver, it should eliminate even the last acne. If the minor acne is still after somehow, just avoid any processed "non foods", and eat raw egg yolks and overall primaldiet. Check out the food pyramid post. Raw beef liver is gonna give the most benefits for acne, atleast for me, but overall diet will eliminate all forever.

    Your growth is stunted probably by antibiotics and weak nutrition, so fix your gut first and maximize growth i would incorporate raw fermented milk (gonna massively help with gut) + high amounts of raw milk, raw cow meat mixed with raw unsalted butter.

    People = The domesticated weak human living inside society. Always brainwashed, lives in illusion and is suffering from malnutrition from modern diet.

    Human = Natural human who does anything he wants. Doesn't care about the illusionary opinions and ideas of "People". Human eats his natural species appropriate diet which is raw animal-based diet.

    There is reason why governments are guided to never say humans are humans, but always "People", "Public", "Citizen", "Invidual", "Person", "Worker".

    It's to make humans live in the societal illusion where they don't understand their natural animalistic power. They want us weak and obedient.

    If every human truly understood they are apex predator. Then the illusion would break and people would wake up and hate the government who is fucking us up and have the ability to actually show it through natural power.

    I did some calculations.

    there is 300 million cows slaughtered each year, so thats 300 million cow livers and there is 8,000 million people in world.

    there is not enough cow livers for everyone.

    If i for example eat 100 grams of liver each day thats 35 kilograms of liver per year I consume. One whole beef liver weights about 5 kilograms in average. So I eat 7 cow livers per year.

    So If every person in world ate as much as I did we would need 56 BILLION cows to feed everyone top nutrition. So thats 187 times more cows, thats impossible. we already have insane amount of cows.

    Basically 0.563% of worlds population would get to eat that much as I do and 99.5% would be left with 0 beef liver forever.

    we are really priviliged people.

    and even if its the most nutritious and most healthy food in world. it cant be sold to the masses as its so scarce. governments cant put it to food pyramids as not every person could eat it, as there is impossible to be enough of it. only the smartest people who get how healthy it is, benefit from it.

    And thats why the masses are made to eat low nutrient grains that are easily mass produced forever, mass food for masses, simple. they lie to you saying grains are healthy while they are the most unhealthy foods just because its the only food they can produce in mass amounts😊

    @Swansven The "Balanced" diet which is unbalanced is still better than only eating fruits as eating only fruits will lead to malnutrition fast.

    If long-term raw fruitarian looks healthy, he is lying that he even ate only fruits to sell their products or get views.

    I think it's even worse than veganism which is already horrible.

    Bleaching your skin is extremely unhealthy. It damages all of the cells in the skin agressively, literally mutating them to white.

    75 thousand people think tanning is comparatively unhealthy in that tiktok comment. It's true for them actually.

    Tanning only causes problems if your skins adeptose tissue (fat) has non-animal fat derived oils (plant oils). These oils are extremely prone to oxidation from UV light. When they oxidize in the skin under sunlight, they become carcinogenic and cause problems like skin cancer.

    And if your fat under your skin is made from raw animal fat, no such problems will occur as raw animal fat doesnt oxidize as fast. So it makes moderate sun exposure (1-2 hours per day) competely safe.

    Still very agressive sun exposure for white people can cause oxidation even on long-term raw animal-based dieters, but thats extreme like 5+ hours everyday in direct high UV. But most people don't push it that far.

    Bleaching your skin to more white on the other hand can cause skin cancer.
