@veloman Its crazy how eating raw foods has been made so bad,but eating straight up ultra processed slop is normal.

@veloman I can understand how something like raw meat may put people off, but then i cant understand how people fear raw milk or eggs it just doesn't make sense.

@rashed Raw honey would be pretty good,wouldn't drink orange juice its best to eat the whole fruit(not the skin ofc).

@Elliott87 You could probably just go in the forest, and eat some primal aajonuscap mushrooms after that my organs can talk and can have conversations with me for days.

@Jay Vegans hormones are all over the place ,thats one reoson why they always seem to be so hostile.They really can't control themself becose they are so malnourished and their bodies are just begging for nutrients.

@Elliott87 Crazy to think that is only for one vaccine, imagine that most people have took over 10 vaccines or more before they have turned 18.And way more over the coarse of their lifetime.

@RuskinPrimal Its disgusting to even think how much they poison us ,and how most of them are even forever chemicals.Atleast we can have hope in the next generation if they would have parents that understand the primal diet.

@Rabbi Yeah the liver taste bitter and less sweet compared to another shops liver.

@lilpeeper_42 Pretty much The same happened to me after like less than half a year,raw meat just started to look more pleasant than cooked and the taste of cooked meat wasnt as good.

@Bert Those are generally not even bad prices,im paying ~3€per litre of raw milk could probably get it from some farms for a lot cheaper tho but i would have to travel a way longer distance.

@PrimalChud Wouldn't really worry about it too much becose your jaw muscles would be all good, if you get proper nutrition on the diet.But if you would want something to chew, or make the muscles stronger,you could always just buy some tendon/collagen parts they give those away for literally free or for very cheap at shops.You can also cut them off from steaks and just store them in the fridge instead of throwing out.

@Elliott87 Here the news were saying that a "New and dangerous tiktok trend Amongst the teens is spreading,drinking raw milk"and the whole article is about them saying how its dangerous, and how pasturized is better becose of the vitamins.

@RuskinPrimal Yeah,i have never wore glasses or contacts always have refused from using them,atleast thats something positive lol.

@pz1try愛 Yeah one of the most important ones was the detoxification book, Aajonus was working on it for many years, and it has complete and full quide to detoxification.Also his autopsy papers are still being kept in secret too,which could have important info on his death and how the primal diet affected his body.

@RuskinPrimal Yeah if it would be possible that everyone would wake up, and understand the lies then eventually after many generations the human body would be fully healed.But i dont think that is going to happen anytime soon
