Do it, experiment as much as possible.
I find that a little bit of the Aajonus method works combined with a little of the FaceIQ method works for me.
The Autists on here will screech that i never did the Aajonus method long enough but I feel getting around 100-150 carbs a day works great for me, I feel amazing.
I get 100 - 120 grams of fat a day and 100 - 150 carbs, And I feel fucking incredible. As long as you're avoiding grains, seed oils, refined sugars & processed shit you'll feel pretty good regardless
compared that to how i was before with less variety & being constantly in ketosis with 1 fruit a day like Aajonus was. Just feeling meh. You just have to experiment with yourself.
PS: I'm possitive that FaceIQ was right in the sense where the stricter carnivore you are, you will eventually cheat. Do you really think people in Iceland would want to eat Fruit Seasonally? no, Ofcourse not. Get carbs

@rashed Raw honey would be pretty good,wouldn't drink orange juice its best to eat the whole fruit(not the skin ofc).
