Im worried that on a raw primal diet, most foods are soft exept for steak, and steak is too expensive to eat every day. Since hard chewing during puberty is supposedly important for proper jaw development and facial structure, could eating mostly soft foods negatively affect my development. And if yes which foods could you all recommend me to add to my diet?

@PrimalChud Wouldn't really worry about it too much becose your jaw muscles would be all good, if you get proper nutrition on the diet. But if you would want something to chew, or make the muscles stronger, you could always just buy some tendon/collagen parts they give those away for literally free or for very cheap at shops. You can also cut them off from steaks and just store them in the fridge instead of throwing out.

@PrimalChud I had this problem, I wanted steak but couldn’t afford it. Then one day at my butchers I noticed a different cut called ‘stewing steak, (meant to be stewed) and it was 10£ per kilo, compared to steaks which were 50£, they taste just as good and are very chewy, I’d recommend highly

@PrimalChud it's not that important, all well developed people in nature mainly use knives to cut up into small peices, chew a couple times than swallow. The more important things are nutrition and reducing your toxicity

@PrimalChud don’t worry chewing does not matter AT ALL. 0% of the equation.
