@RuskinPrimal so cold milk<refridgerated milk but let it sit to room temp<milk thats never been refridgerated. I’m just tryna find out if the difference between those last 2 is big enough to pay a farmer extra for the effort

@iblamedoctors Yes could be dehydration from not drinking enough fluids like milk and blood.

@ela I guess just try out different primal foods you haven’t tried. It could be something with glucose and ketosis. Im usually in ketosis but on a date I ate hella fruits and then I felt the disaster of unstable energy levels dependent on eating sugar. So then I was out of ketosis and obviously when the sugar was all used I had a huge energy crash and lowkey felt dizzy and lightheaded like you. Only like 2 days later I felt completely the all day infinite energy of ketosis 😂
So could it be an issue with eating low carbs but just enough to not be producing ketones?

@RuskinPrimal Is there a lot of difference between never refridgerated and refridgerated and just sitting and drinking at room temp?

  • chronic pain that never fully heals
    LiverloverL Liverlover

@pz1try愛 i suggest you stop working on chest and start making low and mid traps dominant so your ribcage actually opens up. Also chin tucks. You can stretch your pecs for temporary relief but it wont actually solve the muscle imbalance

@pz1try愛 well they should be completely straight and all pressure in the ball of foot

  • chronic pain that never fully heals
    LiverloverL Liverlover

@pz1try愛 I have literally had every one of the things you mentioned and also knee hip back and neck pain. My mom once brought me to er bc I had so much pain from the chest pain same thing you mentioned. I fixed it all by training the muscles to balance each other. Check out my post in offtopic about this too. You probably don’t breath properly with your diafragm and very fast and especially very superficial breathing so it means you’re stuck in the very top of inhalation you never fully exhale if you breath normally. It’s called hyperventilation it puts you in fight or flight mode and the muscles inbetween your ribs are probably extreeeemly tight thats why when you stretch your ribcage forcefully so gravity (me laying in bed before the ER) or with a bench press or smth your ribcage cant naturally expand bc the muscles inbetween ribs hold on to this insane contraction so it actually starts pulling on the bone really hard that causes it to inflame thus the pain.

Can you confirm again if I’m right or not? Im interested in your case and I could help you.

@pz1try愛 It means your joints are not properly stacked because you dont have correct movement mechanics. It’s because the front side muscles are imbalanced to the back side muscles of your body to say it simply. This very commonly causes ankle, knee, hip, back problems. I bet your feet point outwards when you walk or stand relaxed. And you put all the weight in your heel. Can you confirm if that is true?

@Elliott87 Unless you eat clean from birth and also never have toxic environmental factors I dont think you can ever be fully clear of toxins really

  • chronic pain that never fully heals
    LiverloverL Liverlover

@pz1try愛 It’s mostly because you are woata (anterior chain dominant).

@Elliott87 True bruh I imagine people who avoid animal fat their brain is actually made out of seed oils.

  • Feeling good by restoring natural movement

Maybe some of you in this natural space have heard of goata. It’s essentially how you’re designed to move and all kids move goata untill their body gets compressed from chairs and shoes mostly also screens.

I haven’t trained traditionally anymore for gwhile but been training this goata. The results feel way better than any show muscles ever did. I heard once its go muscles vs show muscles. It’s given me a lot of confidence I can actually get enough air now without bending like a shrimp. The feeling of feather light steps is also incredible. I know it’s natural but if you haven’t been goata since early childhood it’ll feel so good to move like that again

It feels right much like eating raw meat feels right. Def recommend all you compressed mfs stop training woata if you do and start training goata.
If anyone needs help just send me.
