From personal experience it is probably electrolyte issues try eating high mineral foods or some “toxic” salted cheese urine therapy also really helps with this

So I’ve been trying to fix my posture and it’s been working one thing I notice is better posture improves my confidence significantly and makes me feel taller than I actually am anyways does posture have any effect on how tall you grow and if so would someone who is constantly barefoot with good posture end up being taller
