My diet for the past year has been simple.
1 gallon of milk (Sometimes raw sometimes pasteurised)
    1lb Raw ground beef
    Occassional raw cheese

I find myself often being pretty stressed out as well. My testosterone is low according to bloodwork, and my cortisol is pretty elevated. How can I change this as quickly as possible?

Your total or free testosterone is low? What kind of environment do you live in? If you live in a hotter climate or it's summer, I would recommend more carbs. If you're in a cold climate, try to get some cleaner fish in the diet and oysters and do cold exposure.

      Enjoy the raw milk

Eat at least 200g of fat per day (thats bare minimum) and also eat unheated honey and unripe pineapple for enzymes. Unripe pineapple is the best for digesting fats and fats are the most important thing for hormones.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

Eat minimum 275g raw fat daily and eat tons of lubrication formulas, milkshakes, raw ribeyes or fatty ground beef, raw liver, raw seafood, align your circadian rhythm, get sun (especially on balls), and ground

And if it's stress related increase ur mindfulness through meditation and belly breathing. Also you should breathe real deep, don't shallow breathe. For example 4s inhale, 6s exhale. Medito daily meditations are quite good for beginners

@maryxx Stress is very contextual. FaceIQ made a sweeping statement and reduced stress down to just protein intake. You need to account for all relevant variables.
