@chickenbreast Ok! I mean the most crucial thing is nutrients from diet obviously. But also keeping the scalp and hair little bit oily is healthy. Dryness will slow down growth. So maybe putting little bit beef tallow to the scalp (not much) could help with dryness. Also limit sea salt spray if you use it or after swimming in the sea, wash the salt off the hair in shower. Also avoid shampoo and conditioners at all cost.

@themanwhosleeps okay, how it causes damage. Sitting is resting which is literally preserving health. i dont encourage sitting all day but i cant say its unhealthy itself if you eat good.

@ela it’s the crab mentality/crab bucket theory. If you have lots of crabs in a bucket and one is about to escape, the other crabs will pull them back in so they all die. It’s the same with human behaviors. If they see you doing something that makes you more attractive or successful/fit for a mate, they will tell you to stop doing it. It’s just extreme jealousy

@chickenbreast you gotta tap into alt girls, they are gonna be so open minded they will start eating rawprimal if they like you enough and this diet will obv make her pleasurable to be around. that would never work with normal girls.

@chickenbreast I dont know much about juicing but it would make sense the more power the juicer has the more it will output. You are more advanced than me in this definitely.
