This is a small exercise and tip that you can apply to improve your posture.
To start with your foot and improve your arch, there's a tendon that basically helps you walk well and improve your posture.
It is the anterior tibial tendon
As you can see in this supermodel, this tendon is active, and his gait is straight.

The exercise involves standing on a wooden board (like the one in the photo), with your ankle facing outwards, so that your fifth metatarsal rests on the upper part of the board. Balance on one leg on this inclined board, and you'll feel your tendon activate. If you don't feel the activation, try pressing down on the board with your toes.
It's worth noting that you don't need that specific board; you can make one yourself with any piece of wood and something to support it.

Also, when you walk, don't turn your foot outwards and create that duck-foot shape. Keep your foot straight.Later I'll give an exercise to expand the back, but I'm going to research it further first.

@chickenbreast i wonder if modern shoes have fucked up our posture
-
@Rabbi sitting for long periods does the most damage
-
@themanwhosleeps if you sit comfortably it wont damage, it will change your posture tho i think
-
@Rabbi yep, but most people sit in their office chairs, cars and couches all day
-
@themanwhosleeps okay, how it causes damage. Sitting is resting which is literally preserving health.
i dont encourage sitting all day but i cant say its unhealthy itself if you eat good.
@Rabbi Chairs are unnatural so is sitting in them. Naturally you would rest on the ground. Children do this naturally but as we literally force and bind them to stay in a chair they lose it. Look at goata resting positions like seiza, toe tuck, and bolt squat they keep the correct chain of muscles active including that tendon. Chairs damage it because sitting makes you rest in front chain, weakening the back chain over time.
