I'm trying to grow my hair back. Do you have any tips that might help? I used to have a lot of hair before it was cut. It's a tradition in my country that when you reach a certain age, they shave your head. Back then, it was really hard for me to grow that much hair. I had to go through a lot of strange hair growth stages. A lot of people, both men and women, made fun of my long hair.
this was my hair btw:

@chickenbreast How long your hair is now?
-
@Rabbi about 1-2 cm long
@chickenbreast Ok! I mean the most crucial thing is nutrients from diet obviously.
But also keeping the scalp and hair little bit oily is healthy. Dryness will slow down growth. So maybe putting little bit beef tallow to the scalp (not much) could help with dryness. Also limit sea salt spray if you use it or after swimming in the sea, wash the salt off the hair in shower.
Also avoid shampoo and conditioners at all cost.

massage your scalp while applying oils, coconut oil is good for this
