A few months ago someone was talking to me about drinking blood and he asked to me sit on his face while on was on my period so he can drink my blood, and I know blood craving are natural but it got me to wondering drinking period blood would have different benefits and if that was less primal and more of kink thing.

Who knows I had that idea before too but I’m pretty sure period blood is mostly detox so probably not that optimal -
why would u consume period blood? its essentially the body detoxing. human blood is not optimal from all the junk they consume either, just drink animal blood
