strong headache after standing close to wifi router

i was looking for the password on the router and got really close with my face.
for 2 minutes wasnt finding it.
got a headache and gave up.

i turned off my wifi signals for a few days now, im not used to it anymore and when i turn it on i get severely deperessed and kinda dumb, it is very bad
