@Liverlover I always hear women need fat for optimal hormones, Now apparently they need to be lean? (Horrible for women) I'd agree with you if we were talking about men. But women are different.

@Jay Iβm sure if you calculate it she is overweight. Body fat is not too much just too much muscle mass. Someone sane and with a pair of eyes can see that her body is just too large especially for a woman. Even men shouldnβt be this big naturally
