@RuskinPrimal Aajonus said drinking raw milk + blood. What the samburu did is better than amphetamine. U get high + energy. What’s your experience? I haven’t tried it. It would have to be fresh blood str8 from the artery I assume?

@Elliott87 I've never tried it but I have tried lamb blood from the blood that was in a kg of lamb liver that I bought +cow's milk mixed 1:1 and it legit reminded me of pizza, that's why I suggested it

@Elliott87 it is like a perfect food, plenty of carbs, fats, proteins, electrolytes, vitamins and minerals + casmorphines from the milk for a gentle opiod high as well as the enegy from blood is nuts. I'm still working on sourcing a real blood source but it was pretty good. The inital mouth taste is strange at first, but like liver it makes me feel so good that I will always come back to it
