@RuskinPrimal the poisons damage the genes of the cells when you are storing intracellularly.
The difference between extra and intra: extra=discolored eyes (from toxins)
intra=no discoloration (from toxins)
extracellularly=on cellular walls
intracellularly=inside cells (thats how the poisons kill the genes of the cells, you could say "it has the access to damage it") -
@rawcular11 aajonus mentioned that he believed that there are only two true eye colours being blue and amber, and that any other discoloration was a sign of toxicity. For example green eyes are just blue eyes with a build up of mold and penicillin and that those with green eyes should use the penicillin destroyer formula to help detox
@RuskinPrimal interesting mine have become more blue too, but I still have some green. What is this penicillin destroyer? I have not heard of it.

with the penicillin destroyer, do you think you have to use coconut cream or do you think you can use dairy cream cause I know I read once like with the sport formula he said instead of butter you could do cream so I wonder if you could do raw cream in the destroyer

@primordialeats aajonus often said that you coudl swap coconut cream and raw unsalted butter if you could not get access to one or the other

@primordialeats you should use the penicillin destroyer. Eat it as your one fruit meal of the day for 3 days in a row and then wait until next month to drink it again

@RuskinPrimal yes but i do want some i just had a big detox last night throw up and all that now pineapple is the only thing remotely that i would/want to eat.
i had strep alot growing up so my mom said i definitely got forms a penicillin boooo

@zygomidus so true. That persons eyes clearly have gut damage though. The yellow ring around the iris is pretty clear

Been trying to eat pineapple everyday since I started this diet. About 1 cup a day with an equal amount of raw fat of some kimd. It makes me excited to go to sleep becauze I look forward to eating it again so much the next day.
Recently my aunty mentioned that "your eyes look so blue". If aajonus was correct about there only being 2 true eye colour than this must be a good sign. I certainly have been experiencing a lot of detox syptoms. My eyes do feel lighter as well as my whole body after finishing up a detox.

@RuskinPrimal What else did you eat alongside the pineapple? Raw Butter? And did you do cheese trains too before and after eating the pineapple?
@jakub11x3 haven't done any cheese trains with. I've relaxed on the pineapple since then but when I get the craving again I usually did the unripe pineapple with coconut cream or a good quality avacado for my daily fruit meal
