I personally use sugar free electrolytes which don't have any salt or usually very very little. It's controversial in the community if electrolytes are toxic or not for sure. They are a godsend, electrolytes have diminished my Brainfog significantly & reduced my salt cravings.

blood and oysters to satisfy cravings. if salt helps you eat your raw meat i would say the pros outweigh the cons. but of course if youre aiming to be fully optimal you have to quit.

Do you guys have any tricks or foods or whatever that have helped you to stop eating salt. I start to crave salt when I stop and its very hard to stop this urge.

It seems this is recurring problem to some and me.

Could salt still be needed? weird...

@Rabbi “The craving for salt is symptomatic of a mineral deficiency. To satisfy her craving for salt, I suggest that your wife eat any or all of these foods: fresh raw tomatoes, no-salt-added raw cheeses, fresh celery juice and raw fish. (Eating raw shell fish, like oysters and clams, several times a month is particularly effective in quickly correcting a mineral deficiency.) These foods will supply a concentrated balance of minerals that the body can utilize easily and pleasurably.”
