Sauna Is Not Good For You, Avoid Them!

"B-but muh sauna for detox and sauna hats and sauna games"

This might be a hard (or enlightening) read for @primalfinngolian

    The Sauna Benefits?

    1000025766.jpg

    • Sauna's are good for detox. The temperatures the body reaches can easily get rid of harmful stuff in the body.

    • It is claimed to lower overall stress and that it supports blood flow.

    • Anti-aging "expert" Bryan Johnson reported with 15 dry sauna sessions an average drop in microplastics of 88% in semen and an average drop of 86% in the blood. Also a high elimination of toxins.

Why You Still Shouldn't Do Sauna

    1000025794.jpg

    • Sauna's have a minimum of 132°F (55,6°C) and they are typically 150-190°F (65,6-87,8°C), which is too hot. Your body need to be between 105°F and 110°F (40,6-43,3°C). The heat will damage the pineal gland of the eyes, similar to staring for a long time at the sun.

    • The heat will also damage the ears and mucous membranes, damage and dry the skin, lungs and throat. Also the penis and vagina will be damaged if you're naked.

    • People will continue going in saunas, because they have much space to move around, so they don't feel the heat as it actually is. With a hot bath, you can feel the heat better, because there's very limited space.

    • You have an extra problem with infrared saunas. The electromagnetic fields in those infrared saunas are 200 milligauss. It only takes 3 milligauss to negatively alter the molecular structure of the cells. This will also mean an increase the chance of getting leukemia, especially with babies. So that's more than 65 times than what is already needed to alter cell structure and increasing cancer risk.

    Do Hot Baths Instead!

    1000025791.jpg

    • The hot baths can go in the optimal temperature of 105-110°F (40,6-43,3°C).

    • You can put raw milk, raw apple cider vinegar and epsom/sea salt to neutralize the poisons in the water. The raw milk makes sure the toxins in the water doesn't dry out the skin, because the stuff in the milk binds woth those toxins. This will moisturize the skin, unlike with saunas, that dry out the skin and other stuff.

So never go for a sauna, because the hot bath is way better!

"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

Steam baths are also way too hot. They do a minimum of like 120°F and they usually are around 200°F.

      Very destructive don't do them.

So I see you've made a compelling case against sauna's but I still don't understand much about hot baths. What are we looking to gain while doing them? What should I experience?

I honestly think I might do both. With that heavy a reduction in microplastics, it's almost a no brainer, if there's a balance one can strike.

I.e. if I know the body will accumulate x% of microplastics after n [period] then I'll just sauna every n [period] time frame, instead of lazily every week or month like most other saunacels, and do hot baths 1x-2x per week

I might piggy back off of this post
