If Soy is a phytoestrogen, isn't it beneficial for women?
If a woman is lacking estrogen, wouldn't it be even better for her to consume Soy?

No, it will mess up the womans hormonal cycle.
@Hunterskull I know it isn't but couldn't this also be applied to eating meat/organs/anything animal based? Because its from a creature, it would have hormones.

@01 phytoestrogens aren't utilized. Our body even milk alone has literally millions more phytoestrogens yet it still wont increase estrogen. Foods containing hormones wont actually give you any of that hormone or increase your levels. Obviously soy is still horrible and shouldn't be consumed but that's obvious ig
