Also I prefer a medium to big sized somewhat intelligent dog too.

The peak life would be fully away from modernity, money, false progress etc. and enjoying the thrill and extremely benificial nutritional rewards from hunting (best WITH companions).

But it's so extremely hard nowadays to live away from money, so the best I can do now legally is becoming a forest ranger.

@ramus Heard they're super good for primal lifestyle. Or I would just go for somewhere low latitude (place I listed are) because there's more sun there, and Germany is high latitude so I don't know
