The only thing salt is good for (has to be the right salt tho) is for eliminatimg the poisons in water.

@ramus no idea. it is sunny in a lot of his videos though I'd assume he's in a european/usa style climate where it's sunny most of the year

@Hunterskull but I thought aajonus said pure concentrated sodium when he said salt was toxic and explosive that doesnt mean salt it means pure sodium is it possible aajonus misinterpreted it

I honestly just feel better when I don't eat any salt or as little as possible. I think most people hear would agree, just listen to your instincts

Salt has sodium chloride, which seperates in the body, so you will still get the pure sodium in the body.
