@IWantClearSkin I made it today like maybe 20 mins ago, and it was made from 1 liter bottle with cream mixed with raw milk inside, and i poured everything into a very slow mixer, i believe that these types of mixers are called a planetary mixers, not agressive ones like for making juices because it destroys the nutrients, and it was slowly delicately mixing for like 1 hour and then there was butter and buttermilk in that container so i strained butter from buttermilk by pouring it through sieve, and what was left on the sieve was butter which i collected into that bowl and what was left at the bottom was buttermilk for drinking

@IWantClearSkin you can also just put cream in a tight jar and then shake vigorously until the butter speperates from the buttermilk
