how can I ensure that wild caught mackerel is safe. I understand that parasites have some benefits but as a beginner to the raw diet I want to avoid them for now. How can i go about removing or killing the parasites, Ive heard that freezing works but apparently that can damage nutrients? Please help

@raw_milk_lover22 I have ate raw fish for a long time and still haven't got a parasite, even if they have been freshwater fish. So i wouldn't really worry about you getting one, unless you are drinking vegetable juices with your meal because that would lower the ph for a short time so just drink the vegetable juices like 1 hours before your meal.
