I always get bloody gums when brushing teeth, got a regular toothbrush that I use when I eat fruit cuz the fruit makes my teeth hurt after a while of not brushing

Reduce your fruit intake alot and eat raw unsalt cheese with honey and/or oysters to remineralize the body

You are mineral and fat deficient. Stop eating citrus fruits which demineralized the body the worst. The only fruit that builds bone is pineapple. The rest have a neutral or negative effect.

@liverman12 yeah, sore teeth means you should eat less fruit. Sorry pal, I went through this too
