Who told you to follow Ray Peat? his ideas are mostly flawed but he does have some principles (not many) that can lead to better health. Like the carrot salad or Less Pufas (even raw pufas, yes)

1L is too much orange juice, especially for day 1. You should gradually increase your sugar intake rather than just dumping a bunch on day 1. You also need more meat and sodium, some isn't enough

The Ray Peat diet isn't bad - I think you should be having more sugar but not too much. Sun exposure also matters a lot, you should be getting a lot of it. Also make sure you're having most of your sugar under the sun like your orange juice

I just saw your other post and, are you serious?

"so im gonna go on a very high carb/fruit diet (300-500g+ carbs per day)" - no wonder you feel like shit. 500g is way too much

The amount of grams of carbs you consume is based on your latitude and level of activity. If you're at a higher latitude and more sedentary you should have less carbs. You should eat mostly meat always, and never go carnivore. Raw or cooked, carnivore is not a good choice, unless you want to be unhealthy

@IWantClearSkin I started mildly peating about 2-3 weeks ago. I think something that everybody experiences when going from low carb to high carb is really low energy in the middle of the day, I know I was going through it.
After a few weeks its gotten a lot better, I feel like I have a lot more energy (though it may just be placebo). A explenation i've heard is that low carb diets put you in a chronically stressed state. When blood glucose and liver glycogen tend to run lower. The body compensates by raising adrenaline.
When you introduce carbs, your blood glucose rises, your liver glycogen refills, and the signal for adrenaline crashes leading you be tired until your metabolic rate increases naturally.
I'm still experimenting with the Ray Peat diet, but its a long term diet so it might take some time to get good results.

Quit your job and sit in the sun.
