    This combo with the right (unheated) honey tastes fucking euphoric. I honestly think it tastes way better than raw meat (not that I will stop eating it ofc) and is pretty good nutrient wise. Also taking peat principles, it has quite high carbs and is good for the Ca:P ratio.
    Looking for your thoughts doe.

    @Orthochud14

    Very good when it's consumed in the evening.

    "Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

          It will be too much carbs for the first 6 hours of the day.

          The body makes its glycogen for the whole day in the first 6 hours from waking. Glycogen fuels the brain and nervous system. Carbs during that time will disrupt that process, so it's best to consume in the evening.

                    @Hunterskull this sounds completely pseudoscientific. The body doesn't make glycogen

                      The body makes glycogen from proteins primarily.

                        Protein converting to amino acids then to glycogen is kinda a different claim imo, but what evidence exists to show this happens in the first 6 hours after awakening?

                          @vyvultra

                          When awakening, the body needs glycogen production for brain function. And that will be the time the body will make glycogen.

                            The liver provides glucose to the nervous system but that happens when you're in a fasted state and have ample glucose in your glycogen stores, sure. But none of this is tied to an arbitrary 6 hour waking period

                            I wonder where aajonus got the 6 hour rule from, it seems made up
