    What do you think about looking directly at the sun? I haven't found any topics on RawPrimal discussing this, but I've heard a few people say it improves eyesight and makes the eyes clearer. Conventional wisdom says you shouldn't look at the sun because it severely damages your vision, but in my personal experience after staring at the sun for tens of minutes, and even the eclipse (lol) for several minutes I haven't suffered any ill effects; in fact, my vision actually seems better. However, I only do it for a few minutes at a time; I sometimes feel the urge to look at the sun, but I don't know enough to determine whether it's actually good for you or not. Thanks in advance and sorry for my English; I'm French.

        @Ice

        Looking is good. Staring long time isn't

        "Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

          Don't stare but looking during sunrise and sunset is probably good. High red light
