@integrity doesn't hurt as much but still 30% deaf and have slight tinnitus all day.
Eating milk, sheep fat, pork and eggs to hopefully heal.
It was crazy detox, started from immobile bedridden migraines and now I can function properly pretty much just sore throat and slight fatigue

@liverman12 wow thats crazy!!! i heard if you dont have tonsils detox can be more intense at times. i dont have any and im hoping i dont get bedridden. glad you are doing somewhat better. ear detox aint no joke! did you ever get vertigo?

@integrity on last Thursday I woke up with a migraine and was really tired throughout the day, before going to sleep symptoms got worse,fatigue, migraines slight nausea.
Then Friday I was so fucked, my mom had to come visit me and stayed over since I was practically a moving corpse, and I had some vertigo I guess, nausea, crazy migraines, I was contemplating on wether I will survive.
But nows better

@donaldrawtrump soo i had a inner ear detox. i used to get lots of ear infections in my right ear. for me i was sticking my head under water and felt the water going deeper and deeper. almost as if it needed it. then few days later i had similar to what your experiencing for 1-3 days along witth heavy vertigo off and one. but now i can hear better more frequencies and also better balance. i also had a dream after with the words hearing test which was a book about a girl going deaf so i read it and her doctor said we can reach the moon but we cant reach the inner ear.... little does he know if you eat the right nutrition you can. i hope your pain goes way soon.
@integrity I had this too, but a really severe case. I wouldn't get your ears wet I did that, and the infection went really deep almost reaching my brain. Eventually, I was given antibiotics I didn't know what they were back then and I got an overdose, which caused heart problems.
