What do u guys think of implamenting carrot salad into primal diet to flush endotoxins and estrogen.cuz i cant be 100% strict on primal rn bc off my parents i have to eat cooked meat like 2-3 times per week
No. Way too much fiber. Feces form from microbes, not plant fiber. And it will also interfere with meat and fat digestion.
I heavily question Peats claim that the carrot fiber and vinegar from the salad bind estrogens and endotoxins. And the carrot salad will definitely not help flush the effects from cooked meat.
Hormonal issues can already be fixed with raw fats, high meat and proper juices.
