@donaldrawtrump should've had it if you craved it, what kind of detox was it may i ask?

Raw testicles made me detox diarrhea for close to a week. After that though my balls legit feel better 24/7

So probably have better functioning testicles aka higher t

@TrenAndTartare it was really really bad migraines and fatigue for two days, then a little less, now on the fifth day my throat is extremely sore.
i didnt have any fermented liver cuz it physically wasnt at my disposal

@donaldrawtrump thats too bad, you couldve left the jar in the sun instead and the high meat would have gone high fast enough you could eat it

When you age meat, bacteria from the air and meat start break down nutrients. First Bacillus and Pseudomonas release protease enzymes that slice muscle proteins into peptides and free amino acids like arginine, ornithine, and lysine. As oxygen is running out deeper in the jar, Clostridium, Lactobacillus, and Staphylcoccus take over and keep breaking those peptides down ever further.
Then the same bacteria use decarboxylase enzymes to turn the amino acids into polyamines. Arginine and ornithine become putrescine, and lysine becomes cadaverine.
When you eat it, your gut and liver convert putrescine into spermidine and spermine. This is why fresh meat has almost no polyamines, but high meat has 100s of times more. That polyamine flood is the main reason you get benefits from high meat. Spermidine and spermine trigger autophagy to repair gut lining cells and calm inflammation. Spermidine is one of the strongest autophagy triggers in the body.
For testosterone/gut it works 3 ways:
1. Leydig cell autophagy: Spermidine forces damaged Leydig cells in the testes to recycle junk mitochondria via autophagy. Cleaner cells are more efficient with LH and make more T.
2. Protects test enzymes: It stabilizesStARandCYP11A1which are the proteins that take cholesterol into mitochondria to make testosterone. It’s also antioxidant, so it protects those enzymes from oxidative damage and boosts cAMP signaling, which is the main test production signal.
3. How it heals your gut: Your intestinal lining replaces itself every 3-5 days. The cells lining your gut are called enterocytes. As they age or get hit with inflammation/LPS, they get damaged. Spermidine triggers autophagy in those enterocytes. It activates pathways like LC3 and AMPK which results in tighter, younger gut cells. Less "leaky gut" because the cell junctions actually get rebuilt. Between each gut cell are tight junction proteins:Occludin,Claudin-1,ZO-1. This is what keeps food, bacteria, and LPS out of your blood. Polyamines directly increase production of those proteins. Spermine especially binds to DNA and turns on the genes that make tight junctions. More tight junctions = less LPS leaking into blood = less systemic inflammation. Spermidine tells macrophages and T-cells in the gut to fire less and less TNF-a, IL-6 = less attack on the lining. Polyamines are used directly by gut cells as fuel for growth and repair. Without them, the lining gets thin. Putrescine/spermidine help beneficial bacteria like Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus grow. They in turn make short-chain fatty acids that feed the gut lining.
4. Lowers suppression: By healing the gut and lowering systemic inflammation, you drop cortisol and LPS. Less cortisol leads to less suppression of leydig cells. Then ofc theres the predigested nutrients.
Who would've thought that the polyamimes SPERMidine and SPERMine boost your test jfl (and heal ur gut ig but we know you guys only care about teat)
To make high meat simply cut up any meat at all could be literally anything into cubes about 0.25-1 square inch, fill a jar halfway with them, and leave it out with a lid plopped on top not screwed at all if you screw it it will not work just place the lid on top like plop it on. Then if u want you can move the meat around with a fork for a minute every day or so, but not required. Then after 2 weeks it should be ready. Do not refrigerate it, it will not ferment properly. It must be in room temp.
@TrenAndTartare can u do one on the predigested nutrients

@TrenAndTartare mine i fermented in my shed it worked really well as so as i brought inside at room temp it grew tons of white mold i couldnt even get to the meat anymore. but i recommend storing it outside while it warm weather works really well! i did have some with my dog before the crazy white mold felt great after danced in my kitchen
