    for me personally i crave raw meat and raw eggs yes and i eat raw eggs but the thing with meat is if it dosent look appealing or appetizing i wont eat it raw i will cook it. i eat raw meat but not every time i eat meat and i think that its not that big of a deal (ik that elliot guy is gonna say some bs) what do y’all think

      Which parts of meat look unappetizing?

      I don't think I have to explain the effects of cooked foods to another primal. You understand it well enough. So don't eat cooked foods anymore.
