I got some toothdecay on my molar teeth and a ongoing tooth cavity ,which the dentist said that they have to get a X-ray of the tooth so they could see how deep it has went. Im of course going to refuse the X-ray and any other operations as i don't feel much pain in the tooth. I still need to know what i can possibly do to treat my teeth, becose there are some black spots and decay on my last 4 molars which i got before going on primal and some minor pain from time to time.

So I found some primal recipes that helps with tooth health.

      • Mix 1 to 1.5 tablespoons unsalted raw cheese with 1 teaspoon unheated honey in the mouth. Eat it 2 times a day after a meat meal.

      • 2 tablespoons pineapple + 2 tablespoons unsalted raw cheese to help knit gums back to teeth. Eat twice a week.

      • For cleaning (especially gum pockets) 1 tablespoon each raw apple cider vinegar, lemon, and coconut cream mixed into naturally sparkling mineral water.

      • Some people also use fermented coconut cream and clay for polishing.

"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

Earlier this year, I had eaten lots of Oranges and other fruit without raw fats throughout the day, which caused my body to Detox the Heavy Metals I had built up over my whole Life through my teeth.

But ever since being on the Primal Diet and eating raw Butter with my fruit, limiting my fruit to only once daily and rinsing my mouth with raw milk after eating the fruit, my teeth have minimally whitened and have become smoother on the surface.

I'd say raw Butter is the food you should be eating in big amounts, if you want to re-mineralize or even reverse your decaying teeth.

Keep in mind I have only been on this strict Primal Diet for 1 1/2 months.

If you want to reverse absolutely anything you should consider hopping on the Primal Diet.
