Owanza di Mdina

  • She worked together with Aajonus and he mentioned her in his book "We Want To Live".

This is all the info of her about nutrition that I could find, so if anyone can add, please do.

    Her Formulas

She has very simple formulas, not as much ingredients as Aajonus' formulas

    • Raw egg + water formula for infants:
Owanza prepared one raw fertile egg blended with two ounces of water for a five months old infant who couldn't tolerate other formulas.

    • She also made the coma-altering formula that I described in my Beneficial Formula List:

    Her Diet

    • Owanza's diet was different from Aajonus.

    • Owanza was a raw fruitarian and she said she felt very unbalanced.

    • She later started eating cooked pasta and she claimed that it helped with the unbalanced diet.

    • She did eat some raw meat while working with Aajonus and Aajonus said she actually helped her diet by eating raw meat and raw fats.

    • Aajonus says Owanza was one of the people experimenting with growth hormone and that her experience influenced Aajonus' later experiments with wheatgrass juice.

I did use a bit AI, but I always use aajonus.rawprimal.org for this. The book We Want To Live in this topic also.

I could find one thing extra:

She once said she could only eat grapefruit for a time.

“I’m allergic to everything but grapefruit juice that I squeeze myself.”

Maybe you could ask further information about that to her directly via her email (https://rawprimal.org/post/13889)

@Orthochud14 Quit school immediately. If you can't you have to adjust your circadian rythm with the earliest you need to wake up. So in your case wake up everyday at 6:30. If you want to sleep well you need a solid circadian rythm. I hope we all know by now "catching up sleep" is not how that works. If you can't align your circadian rythm with the sun that sucks bc you'll have to wake up to artificial light which limits your health in multiple ways.

@iblamedoctors No, it's an isolated plant fat. Isolated fats like cocoa butter lack the full nutrient and enzyme matrix of whole foods. If you want to do cocoa in a recipe, you can do raw cocoa beans (not the isolated butter) in small amounts, blenderized with raw egg, unsalted raw butter, a little raw cream and maybe some unheated honey.
