@bloodandrawmeat How much of your meat is Organ meat? Would you recommend something else when starting the diet. What should I focus on during puberty for optimal development.

@Otpyral The type of organ meat that's one of the best to eat, especially for most people who can't afford a varied diet, is liver. It is full of nutrients in quantity and variety, but you don't need to eat liver everyday, a steak a day is already plenty. The meat has to be truly organic or the medication (vaccines, antibiotics) will make it taste gross, then you won't be able to eat it without throwing up or just feeling sick for the rest of the day.

@donaldrawtrump Common cold is an easier detox than the flu, if that's what you're asking. Imagine getting a vaccine, the body will reject it immediately strongly, or perhaps delayed reaction. Flu detox is abrupt and more vicious than common cold. Common cold is seasonal instead and caused by the fact that the body is often lower in nutrition, so the body thinks "we're too weak, time to dump all this toxicity". That's my view.

@donaldrawtrump It'd happen, but much less frequently. The idea is that because there are fewer plants in winter, there are fewer animals, which means less nutrition. The body might then force a cold to expel undesirable chemicals or dead matter that has accumulated over the years.

@bloodandrawmeat "What specific substances do unsaturated fats produce during oxidation and what specific impact do they have on your body, what specific digestive juices do humans have compared to other animals, and how does the thyroid convert T4 to T3, in what way does it do that, and by how many mcg of IGF-1 can lactoferrin influence your IGF-1 levels, how much myo-inositol is in water buffalo milk, through which pathway does lactoferrin increase osteoblasts, and through which pathway does myo-inositol increase mandibular growth?"
