Why We Intuitively Despise Stepping In Cold Water

Your body knows cold water is a threat:

    • It instantly constricts blood vessels and slows circulation. That is the opposite of what the body needs for proper digestion, lymphatic flow, and detox.

    • The lymph system needs heat (lymphatic baths for 60–90 minutes) to melt hardened congestion (plastic fats, chemicals etc.) so they can move out through the skin.

    • Being in cold water does the opposite. It will slow/stop detox, cause sickness and it also forces the body to waste energy just rewarming itself.

    • Same principle applies to cold food or drinks.

    As a short conclusion:
Heat melts congestion and moves waste out. Being in the cold (any cold water, pools, lakes etc.) will make the body store the toxins.

"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!
