Avoid Cold Water
-
Why We Intuitively Despise Stepping In Cold Water
Your body knows cold water is a threat:
-
It instantly constricts blood vessels and slows circulation. That is the opposite of what the body needs for proper digestion, lymphatic flow, and detox.
-
The lymph system needs heat (lymphatic baths for 60–90 minutes) to melt hardened congestion (plastic fats, chemicals etc.) so they can move out through the skin.
-
Being in cold water does the opposite. It will slow/stop detox, cause sickness and it also forces the body to waste energy just rewarming itself.
-
Same principle applies to cold food or drinks.
As a short conclusion:
Heat melts congestion and moves waste out. Being in the cold (any cold water, pools, lakes etc.) will make the body store the toxins. -
