I need help I’m 15 years old and live in Sweden i recently discovered the primal diet by Aajonus a few months ago and Goatis prior, I’ve been eating and storing eggs and meat secretly in the forest. But soon the winter is coming and I’m fucked cuz frozen food is way worse. Also it’s very expensive for me to eat a pound of meat and eggs every day. And now I won’t be able to since winter is coming and I’ll have to eat goyslop with my family the whole winter. I really want to stay locked in so I can develop correctly but it’s almost impossible to do it secretly. Idk what to do should I convince my family or keep doing it secretly? People from my school know about Goatis and stuff and also my relatives, plus I have relatives so it will be extremely embarrassing for me does anyone have any tips? I feel like it’s not enough what I’m doing and it’s expensive, plus I have to eat some cooked food with my family. but it would also be embarrassing to start doing it since people i know wouldn’t look at me the same

Winter in Sweden gives you natural cold storage. Storing cold isn't bad if it doesnt freeze. If you will keep hiding it, then you will have to find a place outside where you can store it cold with protection from animals and without it freezing solid.

Convincing family is ideal if they will listen to results rather than ideology. Show improved energy, clarity, skin, or whatever changes you notice. Most will not listen because they have been fed mainstream diet propaganda, but it's still worth a try.

Keep doing the maximum raw you can manage without getting cut off from all sources. When forced to eat cooked with family, minimize volume.

"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw.

It's not over. If your parents don't approve, you don't have to wait until 18. Just keep hiding it.

@Hunterskull Thanks man, I’ve found a safe spot in the forest but the problem is that the average temperature here is just under 0 C during Winter 🫠 Hopefully global warming comes in clutch though. The cooked foods I eat aren’t that harmful plus I eat raw vegetables with it like Aajonus said, hopefully it’ll all pay off

You shouldn't eat vegetables raw. Juice it to get rid of most of the fiber.

@Hunterskull From my understanding I should be eating them with cooked meats because otherwise the meat tends to putrify in the gut and the fiber pushes the meat through, no? Correct me if I’m wrong but I think this is what Aajonus said. I only do it with cooked meats meat though. Maybe I was wrong

Yeah ur right, because cooked meat digests poorly and fiber helps push it through. But fiber also limits nutrient absorption and you also get added toxins from the vegetables.

                        Yes, it's a general rule.
Eat raw as much as possible and avoid cooked as much as possible.

@Hunterskull That's the issue there's really no choice. The most realistic thing you can do is live a minimalistic life so you need minimal money and minimal slavery

@zygomidus Yeah i actually do refereeing in football so I have some sort of income at least. For now I’ll have to rely on beef heart eggs liver and suet for some time it’s all I can afford. A real job would be hard to maintain since I have school and football practice + games basically everyday. I’ve heard that eggs can work as a substitute for white meat to balance the acidity

@Hunterskull yup, I've got a 30lbs bow now with some big game and small game arrow tips which I'm learning to shoot. Planning on getting the license when I get accurate enough. And then joining some hunting club to network for some land I can hunt on.

@rrggju suet is very hard and difficult to digest and you probably have digestive issues (?). If your gonna eat suet then you need to have some unripe pineapple (very green and hard) everytime you eat it. Maybe you could look for softer beef fat that is nicer to eat and tastes better and much easier to digest. I always ask my butcher to give me the softer beef fat when I buy it. It's so much more juicer and pleasant.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!
