      @Hunterskull That's the issue there's really no choice. The most realistic thing you can do is live a minimalistic life so you need minimal money and minimal slavery

        @zygomidus Yeah, but eventually the best thing to do is try to go towards a lifestyle without spending money (hunting)

        "Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw.

          @zygomidus Yeah i actually do refereeing in football so I have some sort of income at least. For now I’ll have to rely on beef heart eggs liver and suet for some time it’s all I can afford. A real job would be hard to maintain since I have school and football practice + games basically everyday. I’ve heard that eggs can work as a substitute for white meat to balance the acidity

            @Hunterskull yup, I've got a 30lbs bow now with some big game and small game arrow tips which I'm learning to shoot. Planning on getting the license when I get accurate enough. And then joining some hunting club to network for some land I can hunt on.

              @rrggju suet is very hard and difficult to digest and you probably have digestive issues (?). If your gonna eat suet then you need to have some unripe pineapple (very green and hard) everytime you eat it. Maybe you could look for softer beef fat that is nicer to eat and tastes better and much easier to digest. I always ask my butcher to give me the softer beef fat when I buy it. It's so much more juicer and pleasant.

                  @zygomidus Question, what should I ask for when buying it? Does it come from a specific part of the cow?

                    @rrggju

                    internal/central fat is harder and outer fat is softer. The softest beef fat is the external fat under the skin and between outer muscle groups.

                    Grass-fed animals mostly have softer overall fat than heavy grain-fed ones.
