All benefits ive had from Primal Diet (1.5 years + pics)

@Otpyral I kinda saw the same thing but I think in most phones these days the camera uses AI enhancement or whateve automatically.
But I think they are real still, especially the second one, the first one is probably real also sometimes our brains are not good at identifying AI images.
Could be wrong though.

I started primal diet jan 2 of 2025 and now its been over 1.5 years.
- I haven't worked out all summer but am the same if not even bigger and leaner than before summer started
- Acne and sebhorrheic dermatitis completely gone in a couple months
- Hair became curly and mogger
- Cellulite is gone
- Better at interacting with people (lower inhib)
- Lifts in gym go up a ton and I gain muscle so much faster
- Need 1/4 the dose of roids I used to and I literally get more results
- Fear of bees gone
- Wake up with a pole every morning + high libido
- Test levels 1,220ng/dl, free testosterone i forgot exact but I think over 400
- No longer sunburn, I tan
- Growing a few cm/year faster than normal
- Better grades + higher iq (117->134
- Never cold anymore im always warm everywhere even when others are freezing (brutal thyroidmog)
- Eyebrows and lashes are growing faster and darker
- Clavicles getting wider and waist getting smaller
- Longer arms
- Facial asymmetry hugely improving
- Facial bone growth
- Foids want me more (but might be a downstream effect from all the above)
- Performing way better in my sport and hitting way harder, like im killing the ball now, also a higher vertical jump
- Better game iq, awareness, and decision making in my game

Ur iq increased by 17 points? Did you eat a lot of fish or brains? And what age did you start
@legendarykennen I had a lot of brains but I accredit my iq increase to meditation and doing complex thinking puzzles and not relying on ai which rots your brain

Rabbi Im pretty sure. 1. The AI detector I used showed 97% (because you said humans are bad at noticing Ai. This is Ai noticing Ai) 2. The pictures look exactly like all those Ai Peptide sellers on Tiktok. 3. Moles disappeared. Ik it's possible on Primal but in 1.5 years completely gone? 4. Ofcourse not really a sign but it just seems Ai. Because the bad picture is with bad weather on an old parking lot. And the new one is on grass with great weather. And it's kinda absurd that he does his progress Pics on an old parking lot without a shirt one.

@Otpyral I was drunk that's why I was in the parking lot with a shirt off it was cloudy cause it was winter 1.5 years ago in January and now its summer and I have the iPhone 14 which is notorious for over editing photos lol

Everyone knows such results are super easy when eating diets primarily including raw animal foods, idk why anyone would want to fake anything like this.
